How much is the shipping fee?
We cover most of the places in the Philippines. Shipping fee depends on location and weight. Shipping rates are as follows.

What is the delivery time?
Turn around time is the same as major courier service providers. Depending on your location, the delivery time varies. It ranges from 2-3 days in Luzon and 5-7 days in Visayas and Mindanao.
Can you do rush delivery?
We can through Lalamove within 1-2 days delivery. Shipping fee is based on actual cost which is shouldered by the customer. Please contact us so we can estimate the fees properly.
What are the return policies?
As a Compliance on Consumer Protection Act, we are implementing return policies for our customers. Returning items shall follow the policies and guidelines stated below:
- Pack all the items in its original packaging.
- Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
- Item can be returned within 7 days after delivery.
- Customer must provide video as proof that the item was found to be damaged right after receipt and unboxing.
- Send an email to us and attach a copy of your order details with the video proof.
- Send the parcel back to MLNI and send us with the delivery details.
- MLNI will replace the damaged item and return it to the customer within 7 days.

Where are you located?
Sitting on the heart of San Pablo City in the Province of Laguna, Our Main Office is located at CARD MRI building 20 ML Quezon St. City Subdivision San Pablo City.
Do you have a physical store?
When you visit Laguna, the physical store of Mga Likha ni Inay is a must place to visit, located at CARD MRI Annex Building ML Quezon Street City Subdivision San Pablo City. Just a few minutes away from the town proper. Come and visit us so you can know us better.
Do you ship outside of the Philippines?
Aside from our local deliveries, we also cater international delivery thru DHL. Feel free to contact us so we can estimate the fees properly.
